Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Everything you need to know before starting your menopause wellness journey

What is a Menopause Wellness Practitioner?

A Menopause Wellness Practitioner is typically trained in various aspects of menopause, including physical and emotional symptoms, hormonal changes, and lifestyle adjustments that can help manage menopause-related issues. I specialise in online fitness managed plans too.

How can I contact you?

You can message me via the website, by email, give me a call or drop me a message via Whatsapp, or contact me social media. In fact, pretty much the only way not to contact me is via carrier pigeon (although, who knows - why not give it a go?)!

Where are you based?

I'm in Devon, but I also work online - so you can contact me from anywhere in the world.

I’m struggling with symptoms - can you help?

Absolutely. Many of my clients come to me with symptoms like fatigue, hot flushes, mood changes, poor sleep or weight gain. Together we focus on gentle movement, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle strategies to help manage these symptoms and improve your quality of life.

What is the difference between your coaching and support options?

🌷 Menopause Check-In Session
A single, focused session for quick, personalised guidance and reassurance. Perfect if you want expert support to get back on track or plan your next steps.

💫 All options are designed to help you feel calmer, stronger and more in control through menopause and beyond.

Do I need equipment for the workouts?

Most workouts can be done with minimal or no equipment - just some space, a mat and light weights or resistance bands if you have them. Your plan will always be tailored to what you have available at home. Or can be tailored for gym or studio access.

How do the online sessions work?

Everything is delivered through a secure video platform and your private coaching app. You’ll be able to see your workouts, track progress and message me for support. All you need is an internet connection and a small space to move.

I’m restricted in my movement - can you still help me with workouts?

Absolutely. Every woman’s body is different, and your programme will always be adapted to suit your needs and abilities.

I specialise in helping women move safely and confidently - even with joint pain, reduced mobility or injuries. I teach chair-based and low-impact exercise, and I can design sessions that build strength, flexibility and confidence without strain or discomfort.

Whether you’re working with me one-to-one or following an online plan, every movement can be modified to meet you where you are - so you can still feel stronger, more mobile and more in control of your body.

What happens after the 6-week programme, individual sessions or after the 6 month programme?

You can choose to continue your coaching at the same level, move to a tailored maintenance programme or Meno Move Online with ongoing support or take a break with the tools and confidence you’ve built. I’ll help you decide what feels right for your next step.

What’s your Cancellation Policy?

All one-to-one appointments have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, unless in exceptional circumstances, payments for missed or late-cancelled sessions are non-refundable.

For online coaching, which runs as a monthly subscription, different terms apply. Please read the full Terms of Business for full details on payments, renewals and cancellations.

The 6-Week Menopause Reset is a fixed-duration programme and is non-refundable once access has been provided or the programme has started.

Do you provide prescriptions or medical advice?

No - prescriptions can only be provided by your GP or a qualified health practitioner.
I can share examples of treatments, supplements or approaches that may be available to you, but you must always consult your doctor for the correct prescription and medical advice for your individual needs.

I do not diagnose medical conditions or create dietary plans for specialist or complex diets. My role is to offer holistic wellbeing and lifestyle support alongside your existing medical care.

I do, however, work alongside a private GP and can refer you to her if required.

Do you have verified qualifications?

I am a fully qualified Menopause Wellness Practitioner, Menopause Managed Naturally Practitioner, and Menopause Nutrition and Weight Management Practitioner - all accredited and approved by professional bodies including FHT, IPHM, ThinkTree, the World Metaphysical Association, and the Accreditation Council of Holistic Healers (ACHH).

I am also a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Instructor for Exercise for Older Adults, as well as a GGS-1 Women’s Coaching Specialist, Menopause Movement Coach, and GGS Menopause Coaching Specialist and Online Personal Trainer - all certified by CIMSPA.

In addition, I hold a PN1 Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery Practitioner qualification, enabling me to offer truly holistic, evidence-based support for women in midlife.
