Hi, I’m Sharon, a qualified wellness and fitness coach passionate about helping women in midlife feel calm, confident and in control again.

I created The Menopause Wellness Centre because I know first-hand how overwhelming this stage of life can be.

 

When your body and mind start changing, it can feel confusing, isolating and frustrating - and too often, women are left to figure it out alone.

​

My mission is to change that.

​

I believe every woman deserves clear guidance, compassionate support and a plan that actually works for her.

🌸 My Lived Experience - Why I Do What I Do

​

Like many women, my own menopause journey didn’t come with a guidebook.


I experienced the sleepless nights, low energy, mood changes and that sense of not quite feeling like me anymore.

​

It was during this time that I discovered how powerful the right kind of support can be - not just physically, but emotionally too.

​

Exercise became my anchor - not in a punishing or extreme way, but as a gentle, consistent tool to boost energy, balance hormones and lift my mood.


Combined with small, realistic changes to nutrition, mindset and self-care, I started to feel stronger, calmer and more like myself again.

​

That transformation inspired me to help other women do the same.

​

Through The Menopause Wellness Centre, I bring together everything I’ve learned - personally and professionally - to support women in rediscovering their balance, confidence and wellbeing through menopause and midlife.

Outside of coaching, I’m a proud Devon local who loves coastal walks, fresh air and a good cup of tea.
I’ve spent years studying women’s health, fitness and wellbeing, and I’m always learning to make sure my approach reflects the latest understanding of menopause and midlife health.

Every woman I work with inspires me - and I’m always honoured to play a part in her journey toward balance and confidence.
