My own menopause journey began early, due to a hysterectomy, and I struggled to find the support and information I needed. This inspired me to become a Menopause Wellbeing Practitioner. As a certified fitness instructor with additional qualifications as a Level 3 Instructor for older adults, a Women's Coaching Specialist, Menopause Movement Coach, and Menopause Coaching Specialist, I’ve seen firsthand how exercise and a holistic approach can make a difference in navigating menopause.
